Lauren represents clients of all sizes in mergers and acquisitions, securities and general corporate governance.  Her experience includes counseling clients through all aspects of M&A transactions from initial due diligence through closings and related shareholder and regulatory matters.  Lauren’s practice also includes advising public and private companies regarding general corporate governance matters, such as entity formations, corporate governance policies and procedures and board and committee charters.  She has also represented issuers and placement agents in more than 75 public and private equity and debt offerings.
