Prior to joining Scale, Charles served as Principal at Creedon PLLC, the first B-Corp. Certified law firm in Texas. In this role, he played a key part in expanding the firm's community impact and support for all stakeholders. With decades-long connections in the entertainment industry, Charles has cultivated a network that proves instrumental in his success as an attorney. This unique blend of legal, practical, and creative expertise positions him as a valuable asset to clients in the entertainment and entrepreneurial sectors.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Charles prioritizes spending quality time with his wife, Amy, and their sons, Aidan and William. Charles is actively involved in the arts community to this day, and he remains dedicated to exploring new and innovative ways to support its growth and development.
