Charles has a creative background in theatrical production, music, creative writing, and filmmaking, and his passion for serving the arts and entrepreneurial communities ultimately led him to the practice of law with Scale in his home state of Texas. Charles’ diverse background in branding, and in artistic development, production, and management gives him a unique understanding and appreciation of the arts and entertainment businesses, for he has experience in nearly every aspect of theatrical, music, and film production. Charles continues to look for new ways he can serve his community of fellow artists and creative-minded entrepreneurs, and is proud to support a diverse range of creative, inspiring clients in establishing and building their brands, creating new works, and protecting their intellectual property. Prior to Scale, Charles served as a Principal at Creedon PLLC, the firm B-Corp. Certified law firm in the state of Texas, where he assisted in growing the firm’s community impact and goal of enriching the professional and personal lives of all of the firm’s stakeholders. Charles has continued to maintain close connections with the entertainment industry for decades, which has been instrumental in the success of his practice as an attorney who understands the legal, practical, and creative sides of the entertainment industry from a unique and well-rounded perspective. Charles spends as much free time as he can with his wife Amy and son, Aidan, and he is constantly looking for new and innovative ways to serve the arts community, in which he is still actively involved.
