Alex provides strategic patent preparation and prosecution counseling to his clients. Alex enjoys leading IP ideation sessions and drafting detailed applications protecting core concepts for products and R&D. His extensive experience includes the preparation and prosecution of patent applications across a wide range of technologies, including cloud infrastructure and e-commerce software processes, autonomous vehicles, banking, machine learning, neural networks, POS transaction management, aerospace, data analytics and mobile GUIs. Alex also has extensive experience managing global portfolios of patent applications. Alex studied aerospace engineering as an undergraduate and competed on competitive engineering teams, where he designed satellite communications infrastructure and built a Martian rover with a robotic arm. Alex also was a member of the University of Maryland Varsity Lacrosse team.
