Julie has decades of experience as a paralegal in the Lake Tahoe community, assisting attorneys and clients in complex corporate, commercial and real estate transactions, including multi-million dollar loans for development projects and real estate transactions.  She has finalized entity formation for California and Nevada corporations, LLCs, partnerships and non-profits, and assisted with post-incorporation documents, minutes, and corporate maintenance and compliance issues. She is also experienced with litigation support, including preparation and filing of pleadings and discovery.  Julie serves clients by keeping them regularly updated as to the status of their matters and by bringing an exacting attention to detail and organization to her work.
