Charles is the Chief Executive Officer of Scale LLP, where he develops and executes long-term plans and strategies for the law firm. He works directly with Scale’s team and key external constituencies to identify and implement improvements in business processes and operations, with a focus on measurable results. Prior to Scale, Charles managed multiple startups and SMBs in a variety of different industries and helped them raise capital, primarily in the financials and technology sectors. In addition to his experience managing teams and business portfolio, Charles is a seasoned lawyer with experience focused in M&A and corporate law.
