Billy is a zealous litigator whose practice focuses on complex disputes.  Billy's experience includes commercial litigation, product liability matters, class actions, internal investigations, and criminal and civil investigations conducted by government agencies, such as the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and the New York State Attorney General.  Billy has represented clients across different industries, such as financial services and product manufacturing/supply (including pharmaceuticals and medical devices).  Billy places an emphasis on providing clients with exceptional customer service and outcome-focused strategy.

Billy joined Scale in November 2023.  Prior to joining Scale, Billy founded and ran Diggs Law PLLC, worked in the litigation departments of DLA Piper LLP (US) and Sullivan and Cromwell LLP, and served as an active duty U.S. Air Force judge advocate.  While in the Air Force, Billy deployed to the 379th Air Expeditionary Wing in Southwest Asia in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Combined Joint Task Force Horn of Africa.
