Trey is an associate in Scale’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group. Prior to joining Scale LLP, Trey worked as an associate at an international venture capital-focused law firm where he advised technology companies on company formation and restructuring, general corporate matters, venture financings, and liquidity events. Additionally, he assisted venture capital funds and angel investors with investor-side financings, fund formation, and fund maintenance. Trey leverages prior experience as an investment associate at two early-stage venture capital funds to help both investors and entrepreneurs see around corners and prevent common issues.
