Tommy Ferdon is an associate in Scale’s Real Estate & Land Use practice group.  He supports clients’ property acquisition and development, as well as guides them through the complex regulatory frameworks unique to California and the Lake Tahoe area in particular.  He also provides litigation support and assists Scale attorneys in other practice areas as needed.  Prior to joining Scale in July of 2022, Tommy was an associate an international law firm where he counseled clients in government regulation matters ranging from environmental law to cybersecurity and data privacy, and gained litigation experience in both state and federal court.
