Stephen is a seasoned intellectual property litigator with extensive experience litigating patent, trade secret, trademark, and other IP-related disputes at district courts around the country and the International Trade Commission. He is passionate about both protecting and enforcing his clients’ hard-earned intellectual property rights, and defending clients from unsubstantiated allegations of infringement or misappropriation. Recently, Stephen spearheaded a trial team at the ITC that successfully defeated patent infringement allegations that sought to exclude entire classes of lithium-ion powered vehicle jump starters from the U.S. market.
Prior to embarking on his legal career, Stephen served as a U.S. Navy Surface Warfare Officer for six years, including deployments to the Western Pacific and Iraq.
