Philip Wolf’s practice focuses on corporate and tax issues surrounding fintech, cryptocurrency, M&A, venture capital, business reorganization, investment funds and executive compensation, as well as tax counseling to high net-worth individuals.
Philip previously interned for both the M&A Tax Department of KPMG and the BDO Transfer Pricing Team as well as a prominent San Francisco immigration law firm. He is licensed to practice law in California and before the Tax Court. Philip is currently enrolled in the NYU Law Tax LL.M. Executive Program. He received his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law with a formal concentration in Taxation and his bachelor's from UC Berkeley with High Honors (Phi Beta Kappa).
Philip is fluent in Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, Italian, and Catalan and conversational in Hebrew and French. He and his wife enjoy travel, languages, nature, foreign cultures, and cooking.
