Joe is a seasoned commercial litigator and trial lawyer specializing in antitrust law and complex commercial litigation. Joe has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in many of the most prominent antitrust cases in the country over the past decade. His practice has also encompassed disputes concerning real estate, shareholder rights, licensing fees, patents, copyrights, and financial products. Joe’s varied experience allows him to drive and shape overarching strategy while guiding clients through the smaller tactical decisions made over the course of protracted litigation. Prior to joining Scale, Joe was an attorney with Quinn, Emanuel, Urquhart & Sullivan, and was recognized in the 2022 edition of The Best Lawyers in America as a “One to Watch” in the field of Antitrust Law. Joe also received the American Antitrust Institute 2018 Antitrust Enforcement Award. After graduating from law school, Joe served as a federal judicial law clerk in the Northern District of Georgia, in Atlanta.
