Jeff helps startups with strategic litigation planning, crisis management, product counseling, and regulatory and employment issues. A seasoned commercial and appellate litigator, Jeff has represented plaintiffs and defendants in antitrust, IP, contract, and other disputes, run internal investigations for companies and executives, and advised on the legal and business implications of operations decisions. Before joining Scale, Jeff practiced at boutique law firms in Washington, D.C., and served in the Office of the White House Counsel during the Obama Administration, at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, and as a clerk to judges on the D.C. Circuit and the D.C. District Court.
