Daniel Zlatnik has broad experience in litigation, transactional, and regulatory matters. He began his career focusing on complex commercial litigation, including patent, trade secret, and trademark litigation. He has represented clients in a wide range of industries, including software and consumer electronics, medical devices, agriculture, alcoholic beverages, and hemp and cannabis. He has counseled young companies on the full range of issues they face, including regulatory compliance, commercial contracts, intellectual property strategy and branding, trademark registration, employment matters, equipment leases and financing, and real estate. Daniel has a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth Systems from Stanford University and a Juris Doctor degree from Berkeley Law.
