Annie is a transactional attorney with particular expertise in U.S. federal income tax law. She advises clients on general corporate matters and handles taxation issues related to mergers and acquisitions, entity formations and restructurings, corporate and partnership transactions, fund formation and maintenance, lending transactions and debt restructurings, domestic and international investments, dissolutions and bankruptcies, structured settlements, and equity and debt offerings by corporations, LLCs and partnerships. She also has significant expertise in drafting partnership agreements and LLC operating agreements. With respect to litigation, Annie has been involved directly with tax litigation matters, provided tax support to litigation teams working on tax controversy matters and assisted with structuring settlements in a tax-efficient manner.
