As Director of Finance at Scale, Annalee brings over 12 years’ experience in financial reporting & analysis, accounting operations and financial activities. She is responsible for the efforts and results of the firms’ financial department. Having previously worked as a CPA, Annalee oversees Scale’s accounts, manages cash flow and assists in improving efficiencies while managing day to day accounting operations. Annalee has previous experience in business acquisitions, debt covenant compliance, accounting system conversions, audit preparation and annual budgeting. She enjoys teaching bookkeeping and being an ongoing mentor to a number of bookkeepers in various industries.
