Alex serves as product counsel to financial services and fintech companies. She is experienced in providing actionable advice to businesses as they navigate federal and state consumer lending requirements. Before joining Scale, Alex was product and regulatory counsel at Affirm where she supported various teams, including product, marketing, communications, servicing and debt collection, capital markets and licensing. Alex also supported Affirm’s government relations - drafting comment letters, responding to government inquiries, and representing the company on policy matters to regulators and legislative members. Prior to Affirm, Alex established her career at Weiner Brodsky Kider where she advised clients on federal mortgage and lending laws.
