Jessica brings almost twenty years of legal talent management and community building at an AmLaw 50 firm to her role as Director of Talent at Scale. Her wheelhouse includes strategic recruiting and attorney integration, creating and sustaining a culture of connectivity, building organizational brand and fostering engagement, professional satisfaction and collaboration among colleagues. Jessica serves on the National Association for Law Placement (NALP)'s Board of Directors, and is a frequent speaker at NALP's Annual Education Conference and Newer Professionals Forum. She is also a guest lecturer at law schools on the importance of leveraging emotional intelligence for professional success, and has led communication skills training for both law firms and legal organizations. Jessica earned her BA in Communication from Stanford University and completed her MS in Organization Development at the University of San Francisco. Outside of work, Jessica can be found singing Disney hits with her two young children and husband, engrossed in the latest docuseries, or speed-reading historical fiction.
